DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know that the fish symbol is a pagan object?
After many years of dedicated unbiased research, the purpose of this information is to be a starting point or stepping stone for everyone beginning their journey down the path of truth. We DON’T claim to know everything but as we make time for YaHuWaH, we grow and will be guided by the RuWaCh of truth “YaHuWShuWA”. Always do your own research and validate everything EVERYONE says. We DON’T want you to think like us, we just want you to think! #FreeThinker
Thousands of Christians around the world display this fish symbol on their cars, around their necks, get the TATTOO or have this image on their wall in their home, but DO they REALLY know what they are giving honor to? Once again when your eyes have been opened to the truth by YaHuWaH, you NOW begin to rethink and unlearn the lies Ha'ShaTaN (the adversary) has caused the masses to swallow down all those years in the Babylonian Christian churches. Many Christians think the fish symbol is harmless and merely just represents JESUS (YaHuWShuWA) being “the fisher of men” or that it gives honor to when YaHuWShuWA fed the masses with fishes and loafs, but the TRUTH is FAR from that!
ShaMuWTh 20:4 “Exodus”
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
This is where in Greek and Roman Mythology the Mermen come from (Poseidon, Triton and Neptune). Mermen are mythical male equivalents and counterparts of mermaids – legendary creatures who have the form of a male human from the waist up and are fish-like from the waist down, having scaly fish tails in place of legs. A "merboy" is a young merman.

ALaPh ShaMuWAL 5:1-8 “Samuel”
1 When the Philistines captured the ark of ALaHiYM, they brought it from ABaN HaZaR (Ebenezer) to AShaDuWD (Ashdod);
2 then the Philistines took the ark of ALaHiYM and brought it into the house of Dagon and placed it beside Dagon.
3 When the people of Ashdod rose early the next day, there was Dagon, fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of YHWH. So they took Dagon and put him back in his place.
4 But when they rose early on the next morning, Dagon had fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of YHWH, and the head of Dagon and both his hands were lying cut off upon the threshold; only the trunk of Dagon was left to him.
5 This is why the priests of Dagon and all who enter the house of Dagon do not step on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod to this day.
6 The hand of the Lord was heavy upon the people of Ashdod, and he terrified and struck them with tumors, both in Ashdod and in its territory.
7 And when the inhabitants of Ashdod saw how things were, they said, “The ark of the ALaHiYM of Israel must not remain with us; for his hand is heavy on us and on our ALaHiYM Dagon.”
8 They sent therefore and gathered all the lords of the Philistines unto them, and said, What shall we do with the ark of the God of Israel? And they answered, Let the ark of the ALaHiYM of Israel be carried about unto Gath. And they carried the ark of the ALaHiYM of Israel about thither.
When we use the Strong’s Concordance to go under the covers of the English scriptures, we discover the word Dagon was translated from the ABaRiY word H1712 “DaGuWN”
Mystery BABYLON the Great the Mother of Harlots is being true to her Babylonian roots by showing that she has adopted the head-dress of DaGuWN “Dagon” the fish-god (originally Nimrod) of the Philistines in the Bible. We often see the pope and various CATHOLIC priests wearing a mitre hat and this head gear acts as a direct representative of Dagon, the ALaHiYM (or god) of the Philistines (Palestinians). As with many religions, the fish symbol can be found in ancient Chinese, Indian, Egyptian, Greek, Roman and Scandinavian religions. One Greek fish goddess (Aphrodite), was worshiped on Fridays by followers who ate fish and engaged in sexual activities. This practice was later appropriated in the Catholic traditions. According to Egyptian mythology, when the judges in power found Osiris (originally Nimrod) guilty of corrupting the religion of Adam (“Atum,” who was Egypt’s sky-god), they cut up his body, then threw the parts into the Nile. It was said that a fish ate his reproductive organ and became transformed into DaGuWN (Dagon).

Dagon was the principal deity of the Philistines, whose ancestors migrated to Palestinian shores from Crete. He was the god of fertility and crops. Dagon also figured prominently in the Philistine concepts of death and the afterlife. In addition to his role in the religion of the Philistines, Dagon was worshiped in the more general society of Canaanite peoples. Some years after the arrival of the Minoan forefathers of the Philistines, the immigrants adopted elements of Canaanite religion. Eventually, the primary religious focus shifted. The worship of the Great Mother, the original religion of the Philistines, was traded for the paying of homage to the Canaanite deity, Dagon. Just like all other false deities Dagon has changed throughout the centuries. In the ancient legends of the Babylonians there was “Oannes” called “Lord of the Waves.” He was amphibious, having the torso and head of a man but upon his head was the head of a fish with gaping mouth and draping downward were the back of the fish, complete with scales and tail. The Sumerians called him “EA” and like Oannes - he was half fish and half man, deemed “the great Fish of heaven”.
The most prominent form of worship in Babylon was dedicated to Dagon, later known as Ichthys, or the fish. In Chaldean times, the head of the church was the representative of Dagon, he was considered to be infallible, and was addressed as "Your Holiness." Nations subdued by Babylon had to kiss the ring and slipper of the Babylonian god-king. The same powers and the same titles are claimed to this day by the Dalai Lama of Buddhism, and the Pope. As it was a rule in all idolatrous religions that the high priest should wear the insignia of the god that they worshiped, so when Austen Henry Layard (an English archaeologist) discovered rare sculptures (between 1845 and 1851 while excavating the remains of the ancient Assyrian capital) showing the priests of Dagon wearing clothing resembling fish, it confirmed this Babylonian tradition.
Benedict XVI at a canonization ceremony at the Vatican, notice the fish eye inside the 6 pointed pagan star of DuWiYD (David) the hat.
This was probably the “strange apparel" that was referred to in Zephaniah 1:8. Berosus (a Babylonian writer / astronomer of the 3rd century) tells us that in the image of Dagon the head of the man appeared under the head of the fish, while Austen Layard points out that in the case of the priests “the head of the fish formed a mitre above that of the man, while its scaly, fan-like tail fell as a cloak behind, leaving the human limbs and feet exposed.”

The worship of Dagon has also affected people’s eating habits over the years. This explains why the Catholics abstain from eating fish on all days except Fridays. Whether they realize it or not, they are STILL practicing the ancient pagan rite of worshiping Dagon. You see this tradition still being carried out today in the harlot churches and in the restaurant business, EVER heard of Fish Fridays?
